Student Assistants/OPS Staff
At any given time of the year, a variety of Student Assistants or OPS Staff are working on various projects. Generally, we will have students entering data into the EFNEP Reporting System. Our largest recent project included updating and revising the EFNEP curriculum, which used three students: a curriculum developer from Food Science and Human Nutrition and Public Health, a Spanish-language translator from the Department of Romance Languages, and a graphic designer. Currently, we have staff working on the flipcharts and handouts for the EFNEP curriculum, Eat Right for Life.
