TEAMS Employees
TEAMS employees are permanent employees of the University of Florida. For the Family Nutrition Program (FNP) and the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), which are grant funded programs, these are time-limited appointments. TEAMS employees may be full or part time. Benefits, such as paid leave and health insurance, are pro-rated according to the Full Time Equivalent (FTE).
OPS Employees
OPS employees are temporary employees of the University of Florida. They may work full or part time. OPS employees do not receive benefits.
All positions must be advertised through PeopleSoft for a minimum of seven (7) days. Reposting is for a minimum of three (3) days. You may still advertise through local outlets, such as the Job Services Office.

- I-9 w/Supporting Documents (this must be signed by supervisor)
- W-4 w/copy of Soc Sec Card
- 4-in-1 Form
- Print and sign online application
- Emergency Contact (Optional)
- Time Limited Letter (TEAMS only)
- Driver's License
- High School Diploma
Other forms may be required, such as selective service registration or child labor form. The State Office will contact you if any of these are required.
